Definition | A skin disease characterized by thin, tightly adherent translucent skin with erosions at flexure sites, superficial vessels, typical facial dysmorphism, and generalized joint ankylosis. Prenatal signs may include intrauterine growth retardation, reduced fetal movements, polyhydramnios, and premature rupture of the membranes.
