Definition | An acute leukemia that is derived from the precursors of plasmacytoid dendritic cells, with a high frequency of cutaneous and bone marrow involvement and leukemic dissemination. Skin lesions appearing on the arms, legs, face and neck are the most common BPDCN symptom.
